I got this suitcase from Traveler's Choice and the first thing I noticed was how light it is. Carrying it through the airport was easy, so I liked that. The only thing is the shell feels kind of thin, and I’m not really sure how well it’ll hold up after a few trips. It’s fine so far, just doesn’t feel super sturdy to me. We’ll see.

I bought this a few weeks ago, or maybe it was last month, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. The telescoping handle feels solid and doesn’t wobble around, even when I’ve got the bag packed full. Definitely feels better than a lot of others I’ve used.

I ordered a black medium hoodie, but the one that showed up was a navy large. At first I thought maybe the lighting in my hallway was making it look different, but the tag clearly said large and the color was definitely not black. Even the little product sticker on the bag had the wrong size, which made me wonder where the mix-up happened.

It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it did turn a quick order into something I had to follow up on, take photos of, and explain. The hoodie itself seemed fine, but getting the right item is kind of the main thing. I’d probably order again if they tightened up the accuracy a bit.

I used this as my carry-on and had no problems with the size at all. It fit the airline requirements fine and made traveling easy. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it did exactly what I needed

I got my refund on time, which I appreciated. The whole situation felt avoidable, but at least the refund process was quick and didn’t turn into a hassle.

I’ve taken this bag on two trips so far, and it’s been fine. The zipper still works smoothly and nothing has come apart, so I’d say it’s holding up well, wouldn’t you?

For the price, I expected it to work a lot smoother.

To be fair, they handled my warranty claim really quickly and I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops. That part was smooth. But needing a warranty claim in the first place kind of made me lose some trust in the product, so I’m a little more cautious about buying from them again.

I asked a question and, their support team came to the rescue almost immediately. They replied super quickly and got everything sorted without any drama on my end, a tiny customer service miracle.

Had an issue and, i was a little suspicious it would turn into a whole back-and-forth mess. But they fixed it fast and there wasn’t any hassle, so I can’t really complain...
